Another fun girls day out and about. Mark and I had breakfast, shuffled stuff around in the truck and then I was off to pick up Claire and Kathy. First stop was Uptown Coffee Hound and sat outside visiting. Just a gorgeous day with clear deep blue skies and pleasant temps.
We finished our coffees and then browsed the shops in Uptown Normal. Fun to be back in some of our favorite shops. We took our packages to the car and then got on the Constitution Trail heading north. What a fun walk and then back to the car and downtown to Energy Hut for some Bubble Tea (1st time for them). A favorite of mine and they really enjoyed, too. Onto Claire's for some snacks and more chatter.
Mike and Claire's car has been at body shop (hail damage). They got the call that it was done so took off for town. The girls followed me into town and we had an awesome dinner at Mystic Kitchen. What a delightful day..............more coming tomorrow!!!
