Saturday - September 2

Wish we could bottle up this wonderful weather.....today pretty much wrapped up getting our stuff from one home to the other and we are happy to be done!    There will probably be some last-minute items as we walk thru Catrina but for now, there's a place for everything and everything in its place.   And plenty to take back to storage in Bloomington.

Leaving one home for the other

We had a nice visit with Bob and Donna's friends, JoBeth and Andy who came over this afternoon on their boat from Marblehead.

At 3:30 we walked downtown (breezy and 85) to the PPP&P Festival.    We shared the perch platter (plenty of perch, fries and slaw) + a piece of peach pie a la mode.   All delish!  They had a big tent set  up with the polka music and several dancing.

We checked that out and then sat on a bench (MOM - Music on Madison) where they were playing all Jimmy Buffett music - nice tribute to this great legned who died yesterday.  What a star!!!!   Back home and just relaxed rest of the day/evening
