It was a hot 'n sunny day here at Cedar Lake and on the Marquette Beach of Lake Michigan. We had a leisurely morning - I cleaned out and organized our closets and drawers and some of the bathroom bins. We left around 11:15 and headed to the air show practice. Traffic was heavy in places, but we got there, found a shady spot and enjoyed the afternoon with Mark's sister Doris, her son Ed and wife, Morgan. Beautiful blue skies, very warm temps but a nice breeze really helped.

Said our good byes after the show and off we all went - Ed and Morgan mentioned the Lighthouse Restaurant on Cedar Lake as a dinner possibility for us. I called but couldn't get in until 8:30. We stopped and sat outside on their beautiful patio overlooking the lake. Had drinks and an appetizer - yummy drinks and flatbread bruschetta in a glorious setting!
