HAPPY ANNIVERSARY to PHILIP and ANNETTE

May 7, 2005

Celebrating 16 years today.....so grateful these two "found" each other  and then gave us Luke and Maeve!

A pretty day in central IL but chilly with temps in the low 60's and once again, crazy strong winds.    We had a slight threat of rain, but nothing developed.   I made omelets and toast and then Mark was off to town for appt. with Dr. Lucy (our dermatologist).    She did her usual zapping on his forehead (9x) and he's good until December.

After gallivantin' around town with friends the past 4 days, it was time to stay home and make some waves on Flo.  Gave her a good cleaning and tidying up.    Getting ready to leave on Monday, so...organizing what goes with us, what goes to storage, etc.    One big advantage to having a tiny "house" is that it doesn't take a long time to do all this.

Tonight we drove to Eureka and had another wonderful dinner at The Chanticleer.  Mark had chicken pasta dish and I had the BBQ ribs - all delicious, especially their Chanti salad and the baked asparagus.     Stopped at IGA for a few groceries and on home.    The wind has finally died down!

Enjoy your weekend!
