Friday - March 3

Happy "Heavenly" Birthday to Mark's Mom who would've been 97 today!   She would be so proud of her family and how everyone is doing these days - and of course, how much it has grown since she left us in 2016.

We went to 9:00 Mass at St. Vincent de Paul, then to Starbucks for a coffee fix and onto Costco.   Home to finish the packing and a bunch of other piddlies to take care of.    It is extremely windy today, but hot and sunny!

Thinking back to this date in 2010 when we were hit by the lady as we were crossing the busy street in St. Petersburg.    Golly - that's 13 years go.....shoulder is doing great!

We have our lists and checking things off as we are leaving tomorrow morning for a 5-day road trip to visit family/friends (Lake Wales, Lakeland, New Smyrna Beach and Daytona Beach).    Mark got a haircut yesterday and picked up his pants from the tailor so he's ready to go.....almost!

This afternoon we had lunch at The Rum Bucket which opened about 2 months ago.    It was formerly The Hut but closed a few years ago cause of Covid - great to see this place in the country back up and running....lunch was great ((blackened mahi mahi) and a very delicious pineapple/peach/rum punch (me).

Congrats to Ryan who just completed his online courses to obtain a Masters degree in Finance,

Here's to a great weekend for all...
