Beautiful sunny hot day! I had a mammogram this morning, then got some groceries. Mark and I met good friends, Paul, Kathy, Fred and Jeanne for lunch at Swinger's and what fun catching up. Fred and Jeanne now live in FL, but are spending the summer here on their RV.

Mark and I went for a bike ride, I pulled some weeds, but mostly enjoyed the air conditioning!
I'm back from a walk this evening - whew.....still so humid out!
