Saturday - September 3

Another hot one - while the storm didn't bring us any significant rainfall and wind, it didn't stop the heat!   Thinking of so many affected by Hermine.........we'll take the heat!

After breakfast Luke and Philip went to watch the remote planes fly and the trucks race around the track.    Annette got out some pretty fall decorations and Maeve slept a good part of the morning!   She is such a good baby...

So blessed...

Pretty fall decor

Many thoughts of Ryan flying today in Cleveland with his new #6 buddy, Frank...

#5 and 6 ready for take-off............

Our friends, Dan and Chris Hiltz (son John was #2 pilot 2 years ago and Ryan's roommate) are
there for this exciting 1st show to have all 6 jets up in the sky!
Chris has been keeping we moms and spouses updated!

What a beautiful sight to see all 6 jets flying together again...

Philip and Annette went to 4:30 Mass at St. Therese and the heavens opened up around 4:45 with many loud cracks of thunder!

Annette made some wonderful eggplant parmesan tonight.    Last night she grilled portabella mushrooms on the Green Egg and along with Havarti cheese, grilled onions and peppers, it was served on toasted Kaiser rolls!   YUMMY!
