Sunday - September 18

Hello from Surf City, NC - between North and South Topsail ("Topsol" Beaches).   We had a long day on the water covering 126 miles with sunshine, and occasional little showers (5 in all).    Nothing major, but just  enough to get things wet, dried off and then another shower!    But what's a little rain....it was hot and sunny most of the time and high humidity.    When we left Belhaven this morning at 7:05, everything was dripping wet!   UGH....95% humidity!

Cruising down the NC coast today we passed by many beach towns and soo many homes, condos, etc.  After 2 days of pretty much swampy marsh land, enjoyed the homes along the water today....and those beach biggies far across on the Atlantic.

Here come the shrimp boats
Just 2 of many that we saw today!

We had a big lunch (salads) so just a simple supper of apples, brie cheese, crackers and white wine!
Walked around Surf City a little bit an across the street to see the Atlantic - still very humid out!

Michael and Blair did face time with us tonight - miss that little princess!

Have a great week!
