Wednesday - August 10

Maeve is 3 weeks today!

There's nothing like a brand new baby and I'm just so loving sweet Maeve.   She is so precious and such a good baby.   Love her sweet little noises and coos, and this morning, she gave me some big smiles!    Maeve likes to be swaddled for naptimes, but otherwise, she gets those little arms and legs moving and enjoys her freedom as she checks out her surroundings!

Philip went back to work today, Annette made some good soup for lunch, Mark and Luke went to Trader Joe's and Grandma tackled the laundry!    Later Annette went to Target and then made vegetable pizza!!!

Luke wondered where his Daddy was but then it was "Daddy is flying airplanes and making money"!

Mark drove to Indiantown this afternoon to check on Daisy - take some things there and bring more stuff back to us.

Who is this crazy kid?
Jammin' in his undies and shades

Anne and Patrick surprised Liam and Connor this afternoon - a trip to Wrigley Field and watch the Cubbies play tonight!

You may have heard that Bert (Blue Angel C-130 cargo/passenger carrier) is out for the rest of the season.    Bert has a serious mechanical issue.   A real bummer - a grey C-130 will replace Bert for the transportation duties, but no air show performances..    The replacement will be called "Ernie".

We had Bonefish Grill (carryout) for dinner....it was all delicious
(including the Bang Bang Shrimp, Allie)!!!
