Sunday - July 31

We slept in this Sunday morning......can't believe were in Seattle and its the last day of July!

Checked out of hotel, took shuttle to airport for rental car and on our way.    We are driving south almost 3 hours, crossed the Columbia River from Longview, WA to Rainier, OR and tah dah.....my 1st time in Oregon and more tah dah.....I have now officially been in all 50 states in the good ole USA!!!

Beautiful day, but traffic on I-5 was awful.   Checked into our hotel (Loyal Inn) and then set out on foot for the wharf (about 8-10 blocks) and had dinner at Anthony's Pier 66.   It was fabulous with great view of the water, excellent dinner and service!    It has been a spectacular day weather wise and fun wise!

Salad of spinach, fresh peach salsa, candied walnuts, bleu cheese and raspberries

7 prawns with asparagus (tempura style) and Asian slaw - yummy!!!

Mark had the halibut and we shared a "peach slump" - warm cobbler with vanilla ice cream.    It is peach time in Washington State and so many featured drinks and salads, entrees and desserts with peaches!

New sweet picture of our little Dolly...
