Another chilly start to the day but warmed up to 77 with lots of sunshine. I spent a very fun day on the beach with friends, Claire and Kathy. We met at Claire's condo and then walked the beach to Matanza's for excellent lunch and celebrated Claire's birthday (May 1, 2020) which we were supposed to do in Cabo. So, we had a lot of catching up and it was the perfect time to be together - weather, good friends, food, drinks, etc..... +++ a whole bunch of chatter!
We went into a few shops and then on back to the condo walking along a very busy beach - gosh, almost like spring break!!! After all the chilly temps, folks were ready to hit the water (burr) and lay in the sun.
We sat on the lanai for another hour or so and I took off for home. Mark checked Google maps and told me certain roads to avoid cause of heavy traffic, accidents, etc. Took 1 hour, 10 minutes to travel the 24 miles.
Mark worked on taxes and charitable donations most of the day.....I don't think he had as much fun as I did! 😀
