Had quite a lightning show during the night (maybe "HEAT" lightning) and then in the wee hours, our weather radio went blasting off with the warning that we could have 3-5" of rain and storms! Skies looked threatening when we got up, but never got a drop!!!
Unfortunately, Catrina is having engine troubles again....our friends Don and Cathy came for the day, but we were not able to do any cruising on the river. Of course, with the extreme heat/humidity, maybe that was a GOOD thing? We enjoyed the cool air inside while catching up and then drove downtown to Tracy's Row House for delicious lunch. Back to Catrina for more visiting and some sweet treats, and then on home for all of us, but what a delightful day!!!
