We packed up our things from Catrina and went to 9:00 Mass at St. Columba. Then the plan was to pick up my Dad and take him for a ride in the country, out for lunch, etc., but he had a slight fever, so....we were advised not to take him out although he said he felt fine. Mark and I went to get some carry-out lunch, including a chocolate shake and Dad ate very well.
We then came on home and have been moving last of furniture from family room, doing laundry and gathering things for garage sale that Anne is participating in for "Relay for Life".
Congratulations to my brother Ron and Vicki - today they celebrate 40 years of marriage as do our friends, Bob and Martha!

Ice Cream, Ice Cream....we all scream for ICE CREAM!!! Tonight we met Anne, Patrick, Liam and Connor at Gene's (the best ice cream in town) and here's everyone enjoying their treats!

Pat: Have a good vacation. I know you are looking forward to getting away for a couple of weeks and finish up this HOT HOT summer. Hopefully it will be a bit cooler up on Lake Michigan. I think that was where you said you were going for a couple of weeks. Hope you have some good books to read or get on your NOOK. Love, JudyB
