Monday - July 16

We are back in New York on Catrina...…..yeah!!!!    Left Beckley at 7:50 AM and arrived in Tonawanda at 3:40.   Boys were excellent travelers - they had their electronics, phones, snacks, drinks and along with plenty of chatter and occasional giggles, they were troopers!

Breakfast at the Hampton Inn

Stopped in Cranberry, PA for lunch at Chick-Fil-A and kept on truckin!    I did 1 hour and 15 minutes of driving.

Got all our stuff unloaded and Mark set to work installing the new water heater.....it is 94 here today.    Steamy heat and feel for him although air is on but just a hot job climbing down under the bed - one of those icky poo jobs.   I was the assistant handing him all the various tools and holding the flashlight, keeping him hydrated.

Liam, Brady and Connor hanging out on Catrina patiently waiting for Grandpa while he worked away.

Mark cleaned up at 7 and we left for dinner at The Shores (always good) and the boys enjoyed watching the Homerun Derby before the Allstar game tomorrow night.    Mark came back to the boat right after he ate as he still had some things to finish up.    Boys and I walked back and just before we got to boat, it started sprinkling and then heavier rain came.

Refreshing smoothies (2 mango and 1 strawberry) on a hot summer day

Tools are pretty much put away, everyone has had a nice HOT shower and we are oh-so-ready to call it a day.

Meanwhile back in North Carolina...
Golf outing with Drew, Bob, Michael and Davis
