Mark went to Coffee Express for our coffees and a piece of Farmer's quiche to share. Mark and Brenda arrived at 10 and we had a fabulous, perfect day on the water AND....no alarms went off on Catrina (YEAH!!!!). We gave them a quick tour of the boat and then were off making the 10:30 bridge for Put in Bay.....soooo many fishermen out doing their thing. There were hardly any boats in the marina (week days are definitely the time to come)!
We walked around downtown and had lunch at The Boardwalk (thank you Mark and Brenda) - excellent with lovely view of the water.
Brenda and I hit a few shops and she bought a cute Lulu B skort. The guys meandered back to the boat and then we drove over to Middle Bass Island thru the marina and headed on home.
It was absolutely delightful on the water....blue skies, pleasant 79 degrees and calm waters....doesn't get much better!
We visited on Catrina after arriving back in our slip and then off to eat again...had dinner outside on the water at Dock's Beach House - another good meal. Sat and visited - Mark and Brenda are so interesting - have done sooo much with their travels (lots of hiking and biking).
