Wednesday - September 13

Busy day again and could easily stay another month to help with kiddies as the new house continues to come together!     Always something to do, but love the house, location, etc.

Luke went to school; Annette had several errands and dentist appointment; Maeve and I hung out with appliance guy who came to fix a few things, Mark was off to Charlotte to pick up his sister, Theresa and Philip worked on various projects.

So thankful that Theresa wanted to fly into Charlotte today from Chicago and help me drive the truck back to Bloomington.     She and Mike were to come spend a long weekend at Lake James in August, but with Mike's health issues, had to cancel.    So, this is so much appreciated!

Late afternoon we all went for a pontoon ride with wine and champagne!     Then delicious dinner of yellowtail red snapper and grouper on the grill and yummy sides!    All topped off with cherry pie and ice cream (Philip's favorite) and celebrated his birthday (9/21) a little early!

Cuddling on our boat ride

Tomorrow morning Theresa and I will set off for IL....Mark and Daisy will leave a bit later in the day.    We are planning to make the trip in one day.   Mark will take 2 days!
Been a great week here with the Kiddos and now looking forward to seeing
Liam and Connor (Anne and Patrick, too)!
