Monday - October 23

Sunny, warm day for traveling.   It's so strange as it's almost 8:00 AM in SE Texas before it gets light out!    Mark got his exercising out of the way and after breakfast, we were leaving Sweetwater.   After days of driving thru the dessert and boonies, we were very much back in the hustle and bustle of big-city life.    Big cheers to Mark for maneuvering Daisy and Toad thru Fort Worth and then Dallas traffic!
We are settled at the Dallas NE Campground in Caddo Mills for the next several days.    Looking forward to checking out this area, visiting friends and seeing the Blue Angels.
We are 3 miles south of Caddo Mills (pop. 1,338) and Bucky's is the #1 place to eat, so...off we went to this little café on the outskirts of town.    Good home cookin',  good prices and popular spot!
Walked around the park this pretty evening - nice lake here, too, and just about everyone is from Texas with the exception of MO, NY and IL and we Floridians.
