Sunday - August 11

Beautiful Sunday.....after breakfast, we walked to St. Stephen's for 10:30 Mass and then back to Catrina.    Changed clothes and got ready to go cruisin'.

More blooms popped open overnight....picture may be deceiving, but these REALLY are dinner-plate size!

Luscious pink hibiscus

It was very windy and 21 miles and 7 locks later, we arrived in Oswego - the last 3 locks were a bit challenging with the high winds.....we were going down anywhere from 10-20' and the further down, the worse the wind was!    Crazy.....

Settled in around 4:30 at Oswego Marina and planning to stay 2 nights.

We had dinner at Alex's on the Water......good (steak for Mark, lobster mac 'n cheese for me).    Lots of people dining outdoors, but we had so much fresh, windy air today, decided to dine indoors - cooling off tonight!

Here's to a great week ahead....
