Sunday - August 4

Woke up to hear about yet another senseless shooting overnight in Dayton.    Prayers for the victims and their families and full recovery for those in hospitals.

Went to 9:30 Mass at Sacred Heart in Cicero.   They have a gal who has thee most beautiful voice - oh my!    What talent she shares.    Really like this church and also Divine Mercy in Central Square.

Quick stop at WalMart and on home.....lazy Sunday afternoon - naps, read, and Jason and gal worker came to finish Catrina - we are so pleased as she looks awesome.   LOTS of elbow grease and Jason is so meticulous.

Mark's back was bothering him more than normal today?    Around 3, he decided we needed to go for a longer walk and get some ice cream, so off to Rosie's for yummy treats and sat on bench along the Oneida River watching boats pass by this lovely afternoon.

Had docktails with Jane and George, leftovers for supper and called it a day!

The Campbell's were at Wrigley Field today and came home with a W for the Cubbies!

Wishing you a happy week ahead and peace for our country!!!
