Monday - November 1

Welcome to November....and what a pretty day!    I slept very well and feel better today.   We had waffles for breakfast and then I did some laundry and Mark went for a walk.

Anne goes back to work (physical office) tomorrow.....she has not actually been there since March 2020 and this new schedule will be just 1 week per month with 3 weeks still at home.

Mark went to Publix this afternoon for a few groceries including some watermelon which really hit the spot!    I had a very restful day!

I am really upset with our USPS but not surprised as we've had issues before.    Last Monday (the 25th) we mailed Halloween cards to our 8 grandchildren.    The farthest away (Iowa City and Bloomington) got theirs on Thursday.    Davis got his in Raleigh but nothing yet for Brady, Blair, Luke and Maeve.    Arghhhhh...............

Not sure what's in the air but the car, truck and patio table are covered with a fine coating of white stuff??

Mark picked up Cracker Barrel for supper - good home cookin' with leftovers!!!
