Wednesday - October 5

What a day......absolutely phenomenal, wonderful, mind boggling, and fun!!!    Started off by enjoying a great breakfast at the Farmhouse.    Browsed some shops downtown (another spectacular day) and then walked along the shops in the Branson Landing Plaza.

We just hung out in our room til time to leave for "Jesus" at the Sights and Sounds theater.    Mark and I saw "Moses" at this same theater a few years ago and were blown away by the oh-so-real-life sets, choreography, live animals, etc., etc.    Well, Jesus was another mind-blowing performance that we were mesmerized by for 2.5 hours.    WOW - WOW - WOW.    Cried some tears and totally overwhelming for all of us!

The show lasted till 6:00 and then we had delicious Mexican fare at Cafe Laredo.   We sat outside along Lake Taneycomo on this beautiful evening.    The only disappointment was that the fountain show near our hotel here at Branson Landing is not functioning and been shut down for maintenance.    ARGHHH....Mark and I so enjoyed this show last year with his high school classmates.

Tomorrow we all head for home - Kathy flies to Dallas and Claire and I to IL.    Another awesome girls getaway and thinking ahead to where we want to visit next year.

Ryan is still in Paris and yesterday his cousin Jason from Boston flew there for business.    The cousins were able to get together today - how neat is that!

Jason and Ryan

Philip, Annette, Luke and Maeve are on a little getaway to Florida (near Orlando).    The kiddos are on fall break.

Daddy must've arranged for Luke and Maeve to sit in the cockpit before taking off from Charlotte
How fun for them!
