Cleaned the dining room and washed some windows - our hardwood was delivered and will be installed next week - needs some time to acclimate to room temperature. Ran some errands and then met friends for lunch - what could be better than sitting in the sunshine on a glorious day with good friends, chatting away and enjoying great food!

When I got home from lunch, there sat my bike in the driveway. The shop had called and said part came in early, it was fixed and ready for pick-up. So Mark, the dear....went and got it! Now we can take with us to MI next week! We had a good ride and stopped in to see Patrick, his Mom and boys for just a minute and grab some bottled water!
Picked up new light fixtures that had been ordered, did some laundry, packing, etc. Off to WI tomorrow with friends to visit Carol, a Monday Night Friend from many years ago who recently lost her husband. And 15 months ago today, Mom died...miss her so much!
