After several nice sunny days, today was downright UGLY with rain, wind and COLD! We and the boys went to 10:00 Mass at Holy Trinity and met Doris and Rich. Afterwards, we had brunch at Destihl which was very good and enjoyed by all.

Rich and Doris wanted to watch the Bears game so we sent them to Elroy's sports bar downtown, Mark and I ran some errands and the boys got ready for hockey practice. They usually always have games on Saturday or Sunday, but this weekend, just a practice this afternoon. Doris and Rich came to the hockey arena and we watched the practice - not the same as a game, but they could see the boys together. Rich and Doris left around 3:45 for home, and we followed shortly after. Anne is back home after a fun birthday getaway to Vegas.
We sure enjoyed the boys - Anne is doing a great job solo parenting - so proud of her and our soon-to-be-adult grandsons.....polite, helpful, funny, dependable, ultimate dog lovers and care givers, etc., etc.
