Tuesday - December 14

Clouds and sun today with a high of 54.   We had coffee/breakfast with long-time friends, Jim and Nancy at Crafted.    Had not been together in years but saw them recently at Biaggi's and made a plan.    Sooo fun to catch up on their large family (52 strong with kids/grands/great-grands).    And catching up on mutual friends thru the years.   Mark and Jim worked together many years ago.    Will plan to see them again in the spring when we're back in town.

On home to start gathering and sorting our stuff - what goes back to storage, what goes to FL, etc.....
Also watched a Hallmark movie and enjoyed leftovers from yesterday's party with the MNF's - some mighty fine cooks in that group!!!   😋😋😋

Update on my car....the problem is when whatever gear you want is pushed in, it sticks and so, a new part is on order but not sure it will be here before we leave?    At least we know what to do when switching gears.....good grief, but sure hope it's fixed soon!

We watched 2 more movies in the afternoon and went to the Reconciliation service at Historic St. Pat's.

We walked out of Eastland Suites into some nasty rain - was not expecting that!    UGLEEEEE.
Met Bob and Martha at Ancho and Agave for dinner.    Bob and Mark worked together and their youngest son, Tait and Ryan were classmates at CCHS.    We had a great 2-hour visit, enjoying the warmth, coziness and wonderful Mexican fare - love this place!

We'll be holding onto our hats tomorrow - very strong winds coming (20-30 mph with gusts at 50 mph)!
