Bright and sunny and windy (again).....we took a load of stuff to storage and organized all that till next December!
I got a mani/pedi with Thao (sister of Lisa who is vacationing with her family in Florida).
Mark walked to Veracruz (authentic Mexican place near Eastland Suites). We've never been but our friend, Sheila told us how delicious their food was and although a small menu, she raved about the tacos, burritos and quesadillas. So, today, Mark braved the strong winds and picked up some burritos (huge portions) and they were excellent!
Mark made one more trip to storage and then we loaded up the car. We met Roger and Carol at Crafted for coffee and almost a 2.5 hour visit catching up before we meet again in Florida. Always a good time with these two.
After 2 weeks of fun and good food with Anne and, Liam and Connor and holiday cheer with several dear friends, tomorrow we are off to Mendota and then Dixon for family gatherings. I will catch up with the blog on Sunday.
