A spectacular day.79, nice breeze and sunshine all day long! We went into town and first up...satisfy our "fixin's"....me a latte from Gloria Jean's and for Mark, his biscuits and gravy from Hardees (he loves this as they don't skimp on sausage)!
Then several other errands, storage, and had a bunch of clothing and miscellaneous to drop off at Home Sweet Home, but they are no longer in business as far as donations and retail store is closed.. Home Sweet Home which was near and dear to Patrick is now strictly a shelter to house and feed the homeless. Salvation Army does not take donations, so finally dropped off at Goodwill.
Picked up groceries at WalMart and on home. I walked and read and Mark worked on new modem (great shopping at Best Buy - order online, they text when order is ready and paid for and then we drive into parking spot and they deliver to car)!!! Some of these places have really figured all this out!
We had a triple treat tonight when all 3 of our NC kiddies did facetime - as usual they were wound up and very excited that they're coming to IL for a visit in just 2 weeks. Grandpa and I are really wound up, too! 😊😊😊
