Tuesday - May 14

Cloudy cool day.    We 4 went to Sublette and had our coffees and breakfast (sausage cups) at the Local Cup and Coffee Shop.    And then Bob drove us around Sublette, St. Mary's cemetery to visit Mom and Dad's gravesites and out in the country,    So many memories of Bob's and my little hometown!     Amazed at how many homes/farm buildings are no long standing.

Bob and Mark picked up Aunt Marian at Stonecroft and Dick and Mary arrived and what a fun afternoon we had.    A nice visit of catching up, reminiscing, laughing, etc. and then 3 rousing, exciting closse games of euchre with Dick, Linda/Bob and Mark beating Aunt Marian, Mary and me 2 of 3 games.   Linda had all kinds of yummy snacks and drinks.

At 5:00, we all left for the Long Branch Saloon in Amboy for dinner - they've added on since we were there a few years ago   Always good food and more laughs and visiting!    Said our good byes and hope we'll be back together this fall....

Uncle Bill (Aunt Marian's late husband) was a mechanic for many years at Oliver, so this sign was so appropriate + she and some of us are Cub fans!!!
