Saturday - June 15

Just a beautiful day full of sunshine and 68 degrees.    Mark ran a few errands, returned the rental car and got a ride back to the marina with same guy who picked us up yesterday.    We left shortly after for Port Dalhousie (Da Lucy) 5.5. miles from St. Catharine's Marina but still a part of St. Catharine's. ON.

This is a very nice place full of boats, and the yacht club is nearby.   They have a great walking/biking path and lots of folks out and about.    1.5 miles away is the Dalhousie area full of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, desserts, etc. all in old buildings - of course, the flowers were lush and gorgeous.

We consulted our trusty Trip Advisor and after checking the various menus, decided on the Portside Social and Kitchen - ate outdoors and another great meal!    Walked back and took naps!

Mark spent time doing logistics for our travels this week - we're good thru Tuesday....

Went for another walk to get our steps around 5:30....there are 2 very long, wide piers and a perfect spot to people and boat watch.

This huge steel ship sunk many years ago, was brought back up- and docked in front of the
marina - was a restaurant, but now under renovation
