Sunday - May 22

A bit of sunshine but still cool....cloudy most of the day!   Off to town early for coffee at Coffee Hound....disappointed today as their baker was not there so had scones, cookies and brownies which they were giving away and came from somewhere else?    Our "free" cranberry/orange scones were very dry and tasteless?    Mark thought his Americano decaf tasted like instant coffee???   This is so NOT the Coffee Hound experience!   Sure hope they get their baker back soon! We went to 10:00 Mass at Holy Trinity - wanted to hear that magnificent choir one last time!  Would love to have recorded their singing!  On back to KK.

Making plans for Luke and Blair to come stay with us on Catrina....yeah!   Organized Big Red for our trip to Port Clinton leaving Thursday.

Liam and Connor were busy mowing lawns and catching up after all the rain.    They served 2:00 Mass this afternoon for CCHS graduation.

Walked in the afternoon wearing hooded sweatshirts! 🙁   New states in the campground are Kentucky, Colorado, Oklahoma and California (2).

We met Anne and boys at Busy Corner for supper and pie!    Good visit around the table (same table where we Sublettians sat many times thru the years and made me sad thinking about Debbi).   We met Anne and boys at Busy Corner for supper and pie!    Good visit around the table (same table where we Sublettians sat many times thru the years and made

Family time + pie!

Ten siblings on zoom with lots of laughs and also needed prayers for those dealing with health issues.    Janet is having spinal surgery on Friday (outpatient...amazing); Sharon has lead, mercury and mold in her system and being treated; Tom's recent detached retina surgery is a long process - no vision in his left eye for 6-8 weeks; Marilyn is having severe allergies affecting her eyes.

Our NC family are over Covid and movin' on out of quarantine.

Last week of school for Luke, Maeve, Blair, Liam and Connor.   Brady finishes on the 31st.   Davis is enjoying his summer internship at House Autry Foods.   Drew will be starting his 1st big job at KPMG in Dallas on June 2.
