Tuesday - July 2

 Louise came to our dock to see us off, more hugs and bon voyage!    Stopped at the fuel dock for a pump out and were on our way by 8:45.

 Lake Ontario was like glass today!    AWESOME!   We cruised 41 miles and arrived in 

Cobourg around 11

A nice couple helped with our lines and then we visited with their neighbors.   Their boat was flying the US flag and we saw they were from Waterport, NY - 1st US boat we've seen in 3 weeks.    They winter in Punta Gorda, FL.

We walked downtown - lots of cute shops, restaurants, and 4 barber shops.   I'm in need of a haircut and tried making an appointment in Trenton (our next stop), but totally booked (2 places within walking distance) for Thursday afternoon/Friday morning.     We found Harbourlight Delights (great ice cream) so that was our fix for the day!

Our friends from Cypress Trail who live in Cobourg stopped by for drinks and snacks.    What fun to see them and catch up.    Then we walked to Cucina Urbana for delicious Italian al fresco.   Looking forward to seeing them this fall at CT.

Connor has been playing in a 2-day golf tournament at Coyote Creek in Peoria - he came in 3rd place out of 26.    Awesome Connor!!!
